  DISCOVER THE MOVEMENT WITHIN YOU

Alvin Ailey, Judith Jamison, Debbie Allen. These are some of the world’s greatest dancers. At Arthur & Polly Mays Middle Community School, we are training the greats of tomorrow. The dance program offers intensive instruction and theory in ballet, jazz, hip hop and modern/lyrical dance. This program, designed for both young men and women, is lead by experienced dance teachers who can instruct your child in choreography, composition, and conditioning. Our students are exposed to professional dance performances on a continual basis. In addition to attending performances, our students have had numerous opportunities to perform at various locations including a performance at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. This program coupled with raising academics gives our students the chance to continue pursuing the arts in the high school setting.
